At Primed Associates, LLC we focus on helping organizations and their members get unstuck. We achieve this by working to remove impediments to effective cross-organization communication, developing a shared understanding of their common goals, and driving meaningful execution of their innovation intent. Primed Associates offers a set of services to meet the needs of an organization seeking to rapidly improve its return on innovation investment. About the Principal
20090920_ACM_0064.20090920.prodI am Andrew [Drew] Marshall, the Principal of Primed Associates, LLC. My primary focus is on helping my clients’ innovation, product development and project management teams get unstuck so they can deliver value to their customers as quickly as possible. I work on installing innovation performance systems as an integrated part of my clients’ strategy implementation efforts. Other areas of focus include: organizational process analysis and change management, organizational communication systems design, operations improvement efforts, and mentoring and coaching services within clients.

I have had consulting and management experience in process consulting, project management, rational thinking practices, and product development methodologies; and I also possess broad industry experience in software, retail, service, manufacturing, public sector and education.

I have a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Graduate Diploma of Education from the University of Western Sydney in Sydney Australia, a Master of Arts in Whole Systems Design from Antioch University in Seattle, Washington, and I am a certified Project Management Professional. I was the past Chair of the PMI Consulting SIG and have spoken widely on project management and human resources management issues. I also serve on the Board of Trustees for Princeton Nursery School. I love to cook and love to distance cycle and it seems I need to do both in order to have an harmonious life!
